Founder & President
ERIC HARR is a TV host, author, former syndicated columnist, magazine founder, CARE ambassador, technologist–and the founder & president of Resonate Digital. Mr. Harr is the author of the book: “”The Real Truth About Social Media.” and an on-air correspondent for CBS News covering social media. Mr. Harr has designed and deployed integrated digital campaigns and has overseen traditional print/broadcast media and PR outreach, community management, brand messaging and social campaign development for all Resonate clients—including HP, The Four Seasons and and CARE—successfully aligning social media with traditional marketing strategies and measuring non-financial outcomes, as well as financial impact, in a technology he developed called SocialSee, the world’s first dashboard that calculates the Return on Investment (ROI) from social media in real-time.” He is an author for Random House and Rodale and the Founding Editorial Director of VIV Magazine, the world’s first mass-market digital magazine. He is a former syndicated columnist with the Los Angeles Times. For the past five years, Eric has presented on-air segments on CBS News and created and co-hosted the CBS-TV series “The Pulse.” He has appeared regularly on FOX News, NBC, ABC and on NPR and CBS Radio. Most recently: he supported his daughter in creating the #MAKEASTAND movement, with features in The New York Daily News, the BBC, CBS News, CBS Radio, The Huffington Post and over 700 media outlets across the globe from Canada to the Netherlands and Hong Kong to Australia.
Founder & CEO
NOLAN LOWRY brings more than 20 years of management to his role as Chief Executive Officer with the agency. Before Resonate, Mr. Lowry built and ran the sales and customer service organizations for the nation’s largest reading school, directing the training, coaching and management of hundreds of sales and service professionals. Mr. Lowry served as Western Regional Director for an energy management company and built ties with the media world while serving as Senior Account Manager with an online travel reservations engine, Vice President of Sales for a commercial printer and Director of Business Development for a content management enterprise software provider. In these roles, Mr. Lowry developed relationships with clients including Yahoo, NBCi, Mervyn’s, Macy’s, nVidia and HP. Having held a number of management positions in start-up organizations, from Director of Distributor Relations with a company building robotic golf caddies to co-owner and Vice President of Sales for a semiconductor manufacturing equipment reseller, Mr. Lowry brings a wealth of diverse business experience to Resonate. He holds a BA in Economics from University of California, Davis.
Chief Marketing Officer
MARK KITHCART oversees all integrated digital marketing campaigns for Resonate’s clients. He is a new media communications executive with deep experience in online media, engineering and high tech industries with 18+ years experience in executive management and leadership. Mark focuses on driving results-driven campaigns whose strategies are defined by data, not “best guesses.” Senior-level executive and strategist at a wide range of companies, from start-ups to large multinational organizations including, HP, Agilent, Bechtel and more. Father to three great kids and husband to a wonderful wife that gets to stay at home and give them the support that all kids deserve.
Director of Client Services
ANGELA LOWRY comes to Resonate Digital with over 14 years of project management and client services experience. She has successfully managed multiple clients and vendors across a variety of projects in the nonprofit sector, construction management, environmental and medical industry and city government. Her experience includes key roles in the organization and development of highly regarded legal and marketing firms. She is able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of professionals to drive results. She enjoys interacting with people, is very well organized and adept at working with a schedule. She has acted as Chairwoman planning and executing four fundraising events bringing in much needed funds for the schools. The work Angela does for Resonate is of vital importance ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and are always happy with the results we produce. Angela is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and received her Paralegal Certificate from Santa Clara University. Angela loves creating in the kitchen and spending time outdoors with her family. She is a two-time half ironman finisher, has swam the Golden Gate Bridge, coaches an after school program empowering and encouraging young girls and continues her pursuit of living a healthy lifestyle.
Director of Social Strategy
SHANA RAY is a food and wine writer for Examiner.com and brings her appetite for knowledge and all things social media to all her accounts as our Director of Social Media Strategy and Content at Resonate. A social media speaker and digital strategist, Shana is able to get into the minds of customers and connect with them (both online and offline) on a personal level. She is obsessed with creating shareable content and telling the story of every brand she works with. Voted one of the top 40 Millennial women in Social Media in 2009. She has worked with top national brands, including HP, Microsoft, Clos du Bois, Snapfish, Wacom Technology, Scharffen Berger Chocolate and Robert Mondavi Winery. Oh, and her Klout score is North of 70. The woman has influence!
Content Director & Strategist
DOMINIQUE PACHECO has been involved with social marketing, producing creative content, and community engagement since the advent of the field in the early 2000′s. In 2003, she co-founded a video production company specializing in social media marketing for global brands. Recently, she has been engaged by international agencies to advise on trends on a global level. Her experience as a curator, trend forecaster, writer and blogger make her especially suited to the needs of Resonate’s clients to build engaged community by creating great content.
Director of Operations
JENNIFER DUNBAR brings 11 years of operations experience to Resonate Digital. Her titles range from Operations Director to Executive Vice President. One of her biggest roles was being in charge of the second largest bank in California. Along with the volume it took in she had to manage 40 plus employees including hiring, employee reviews, terminations, scheduling and managing all aspects of daily branch operations and customer service. Once she left the retail side of banking she was in the training and development department where she created courses and then taught them to tellers, banking officers and managers across California. In 2003 she and her husband opened their own General Contracting company where she managed all operational aspects. After her kids started pre-school Jennifer took on the role as President of a school board for three years and has helped on numerous fundraising boards to help her children’s schools. Jennifer graduated from Chico State University with an A.A., B.S., Minor in Business Administration and a Minor in Human Resources.
Content & Community Manager
BETHANY FAUTLEY comes to the Resonate Digital team with extensive and intimate knowledge of the wine industry; she is attending school with a goal of receiving her Masters in Wine Business with an emphasis in Marketing. Bethany also brings a passion for finding the voice behind each individual community. As our Content and Community Manager, she is able to seamlessly adapt to the voice of each brand and promote community growth through engagement.
