ERIC HARR is widely regarded as one of the leading social strategists in the world. Mr. Harr founded VIV Magazine—named after his daughter, Vivienne. The magazine was funded by David Gilmour, Canadian industrialist and Fiji Water creator. As a professional triathlete (ranked #6 in the world his first year) and Goodwill Ambassador for CARE, Eric finished the 2011 Hawaii Ironman World Championships in a time of 9:01;34, a top-10 American finish — and 40th place overall, raising funds and awareness for CARE. He is the host of Resonate Radio, a radio program that presents news and trends and profiles celebrities and leading figures in social media. NOLAN LOWRY brings more than 20 years of management to his role as Chief Executive Officer with the agency. Before RSM, Mr. Lowry built and ran the sales and customer service organizations for the nation’s largest reading school, directing the training, coaching and management of hundreds of sales and service professionals. Mr. Lowry served as Western Regional Director for an energy management company and built ties with the media world while serving as Senior Account Manager with an online travel reservations engine, Vice President of Sales for a commercial printer and Director of Business Development for a content management enterprise software provider. In these roles, Mr. Lowry developed relationships with clients including Yahoo, NBCi, Mervyn’s, Macy’s, nVidia and HP. Having held a number of management positions in start-up organizations, from Director of Distributor Relations with a company building robotic golf caddies to co-owner and Vice President of Sales for a semiconductor manufacturing equipment reseller, Mr. Lowry brings a wealth of diverse business experience to RSM. He holds a BA in Economics from University of California, Davis.

ANGELA LOWRY comes to Resonate Social Media with over 14 years of project management and client services experience. She has successfully managed multiple clients and vendors across a variety of projects in the nonprofit sector, construction management, environmental and medical industry and city government. Her experience includes key roles in the organization and development of highly regarded legal and marketing firms. She is able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of professionals to drive results. She enjoys interacting with people, is very well organized and adept at working with a schedule. She has acted as Chairwoman planning and executing four fundraising events bringing in much needed funds for the schools. The work Angela does for Resonate is of vital importance ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and are always happy with the results we produce. Angela is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and received her Paralegal Certificate from Santa Clara University. Angela loves creating in the kitchen and spending time outdoors with her family. She is a two-time half ironman finisher, has swam the Golden Gate Bridge, coaches an after school program empowering and encouraging young girls and continues her pursuit of living a healthy lifestyle.
COURTENAY MARTIN is a Global Marketing Executive and transformational leader with 15+ years of experience driving innovative global programs that deliver revenue growth and propel companies to the forefront of their markets. Her bio will appear here shortly.
BRIAN KERR is a new member of the Resonate team. He heads up client web development, IT, and development of Resonate’s new real-time social analytics technology, SocialSee. Brian has worked on numerous websites and applications incorporating social media, analytics, e-commerce, user membership, clean/dynamic UI, and mobile technologies. He has a proven track record and know-how to transform clients’ ideas from concept to polished final product. His arsenal includes a number of back-end programming languages, an expert knowledge in front-end development, and a pasion for design and usability. Brian is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where he holds a B.S. in Physical Geography and GIS. In his spare time, Brian enjoys the outdoors, backpacking, rock climbing, and traveling with his girlfriend and new puppy.
HEATHER TIETSORT brings 20 years of project management experience to Resonate Social Media. She has produced and executed corporate marketing sales meetings, product launches, trade shows, conventions, non-profit events and summits for small, medium, and large businesses. Her experience within the pharmaceutical, high tech, retail and non-profit industries has endowed her with an unmatched ability to conform to different client cultures, business practices and company landscapes. Heather is exceptionally skilled at multitasking, communicating, and leading large teams to reach final marketing results. She is committed to service which makes her a fantastic team player and invaluable project leader. Over the past fifteen years Heather has been a trusted business partner and managed projects for clients such as Cisco Systems, Genentech, Cephalon, Inc., Merck, Abbott, Amgen, Nuvigil, Cadence, Wind River, AMD, Wired Magazine, General Electric Corporate, SCIFI Channel, Applied Materials, OMD Digital, IDEO, The North Face, Discover Card, Vertical Networks, Adaptech, Sony, SF MOMA, Hilton Hotels, Business Objects, CNBC, Sonoma County Vintners, Intercontinental Hotels, United Stationers and Facebook. (We know! Quite a list, right?) In addition, Heather was a TV producer for Net Café, Computer Chronicles and PBS Television. She co-founded both the non-profit BAPArts (Bay Area Performing Arts) and Silent Pictures Press, a publisher of fine art photography books. Heather toured for over 20 years with professional ballet and modern dance companies. She now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two beautiful children.
SKIP LASKY brings a passion for people and service to his role as Resonate Account Executive. He works with companies both domestic and internationally on all points of their journey to determine partnership opportunities–and a successful relationship. A passionate advocate for the companies we call family, he enjoys helping new and prospective clients assess and understand their needs and building the business cases for creating a focused social media strategy. He welcomes the challenge of pushing leaders to make the right choice and to recognize the countless benefits of being part of Resonate Social Media. Starting his career with IBM and then Dell, he quickly found his home assisting start-up’s such as BabyCenter.com, Consumer Health Interactive and OQO in a multitude of capacities. When he is not with clients, he can be found taking full advantage of Sonoma county. The father of a young girl and boy, he enjoys introducing new and exciting experiences to them. In addition to being an avid cyclist, he is an accomplished chef having graduated from the French Culinary Institute in New York City. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and exploring new and exciting places around the world.
AMY GAERLAN brings a lifetime of exuberance and 11 years of Customer Service experience to Resonate Social Media. Amy is an acclaimed writer and published author — and thrives in a creative work environment where she can work with the client to truly pinpoint what goals they have and just how to achieve them. Amy pulls from her experiences managing customer service teams, working as a published writer and senior editor for websites and magazines, and creating SEO and keyword-friendly content for an array of businesses. Working as a Project Coordinator, Amy started utilizing the multiple tools online to help bring her clients social media projects to life. With a firm belief in community both online and off, Amy’s passion shines through as she strives to achieve Resonates’ client goals. Amy continuously expands her knowledge about social media as well as learns new strengths regarding social strategy and creating effective social campaigns.
JENNIFER DUNBAR brings 11 years of banking experience to Resonate Social Media. Her titles range from Banking Officer to Executive Vice President. One of her biggest roles was being in charge of the second largest branch in California. Along with the volume it took in she had to manage 40 plus employees including hiring, employee reviews, terminations, scheduling and managing all aspects of daily branch operations and customer service. Once she left the retail side of banking she was in the training and development department where she created courses and then taught them to tellers, banking officers and managers across California. In 2003 she and her husband opened their own General Contracting company where she manages all financial aspects. After her kids started pre school Jennifer took on the role as President of a school board for three years and has helped on numerous fundraising boards to help her children’s schools. Jennifer graduated from Chico State University with an A.A., B.S., Minor in Business Administration and a Minor in Human Resources.
KIERSTON KAMPS brings an irrepressible excitement for social media and online communication to Resonate Social Media. A recent graduate of the Small Business/Entrepreneurship program at San Francisco State, she is well-versed in the nature of start-up companies and the importance of social media in today’s business environment. For the last five years, Kierston has worked for a financial planning office as the office administrator and customer service associate. She understands the metrics that matter in social media — and how they impact financial outcomes — as well as anyone. Kierston was raised in Southern California and spends her free time hiking, reading, and exploring all the Bay Area has to offer.
LINDSAY MASADAS is our newest Resonant. Lindsay brings a vast knowledge and awareness of the social impact of media to Resonate. As a Communications Major at Saint Mary’s College of California, Lindsay has been instilled with a great sense of discipline and ethic. Her complaint nature, along with over seven years of experience in excellent customer service, makes her an efficient and supportive team member at Resonate Social Media. With a life-long excitement for creative writing, Lindsay brings unique ideas to the table—whether it be content-based for a client’s virtual social profiles, or how to encourage engagement among advertising and consumer relationships. When she is not fostering her growing interest in social media, Lindsay enjoys hiking with friends, dining out with family, reading fantasy-fiction novels, and writing.
